Our company is only responsible for reservation services. #In case of bad weather, the fireworks display would be canceled or postponed. All the arrangement depends on the organizer's decision on the day. Refund cannot be requested for this reason. Once the reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be made. #According to Marine Department Ordinance, all attendants are required to provide FULL NAME(same as HKID/Passport) in Chinese/English, Gender, Nationality. #Accoring to Marine Deparment Ordinance, Children aged 12 or below are required to provide AGE for reservation and wear life jacket during the whole event for safety reason. Refund policy: Once all orders are confirmed, no refunds or changes will be made.

No refunds will be made for latecomers or no-shows. ■Children must be accompanied by an adult, Children are not allowed to make separate reservations.
