1. Minimum number of participants are 2 to operated the tour. I there are not enough participant and cancel the tour, we will notify you one day before departure.
2. Tour fee is same for Adult, Child and Infant. Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
3. Participants aged 2-17 must be accompanied by an adult.
4. No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made.
5. .Please provide a representative's full name in English/Chinese, contact number, email and number of participants for reservation.
6. In case of rain, we will provide you disposable raincoat (Adult regular size only).
7. Under Typhoon signal No. 8 or above, the tour would be cancelled for safety reasons. The actual situation is subject to our announcement on the day.
8. Due to traffic, local conditions or force majeure the itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
9. The schedule of fireworks display is subject to change, the arrangement is made by Macau Government.
10. If case of the open-top bus breaks down, the open-top bus would be changed to an ordinary tourist bus without prior notice.
11. Please arrive at meet up location 10 minutes before departure time. Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded.
12. All seats on the bus are unreserved seat location, requests cannot be accepted.
13. Some of the open top buses have a partial canopy for providing protection from rain and sunlight. We cannot accept requests for bus types.
