*As informed by the Marine Department, all passengers on cruise are required to provide the following personal information for the sole purpose of verifying the safety of every person carried on board during countdown firework event:
*According to Marine Department Ordinance, all attendants are required to provide FULL NAME(same as HKID/Passport) in Chinese/English, Gender, Nationality and Age.
*According to Marine Department Ordinance, Children aged 12 or below are required to wear life jacket during the whole event for safety reason. Passengers failing to comply with this requirement will be considered in violation of the Marine Department Ordinance and Harbour Cruise – Bauhinia reserves the right to prohibit passengers from boarding or ask passengers to leave the cruise.

An adult must be included in the same reservation. #This serivice EXCLUDES tour guide and vehicle pick-up & drop-off service. #The cruise is operated by "Harbor Cruise - Bauhinia". Our company is only responsible for reservation services. #In case of bad weather or decision of the organizer, the fireworks display would be canceled or postponed. All the arrangement depends on the organizer's decision on the day. Refund cannot be requested for this reason.
